Camping Bon Repòs

  1. The reserved accommodation will be available to the client from 3:00 p.m. on the day of arrival until 11:00 a.m. on the day of departure.
  2. If the accommodation is not occupied between the scheduled day and 12.00 a.m. the following day, the reservation will be automatically cancelled. If you wish to keep the reservation, you must inform us in writing, and you will also have to pay for the days the accommodation is reserved before it is occupied.
  3. In case of early departure there will be no refund of the amount paid.
  4. In no case may the maximum occupancy of the accommodation be exceeded.
  5. Upon arrival at the campsite the client must leave a DEPOSIT OF 100 € PER BUNGALOW FOR POSSIBLE DEFAULTS OR NOISE.
  6. The price includes 1 vehicle per accommodation, in case you come with more vehicles, you will have to pay the established price for each extra vehicle.
  7. It is not allowed to install tents next to the bungalow without authorization from the campsite management, if the campsite authorizes it, you will have to pay the established price for each extra tent.
  8. If the reservation is cancelled at least 30 days before the arrival date, the deposit will be refunded in full.
  9. If cancellation is made at least 15 days prior to arrival, 50% of the deposit will be refunded.
  10. If the cancellation is made less than 15 days before the arrival date, the deposit will not be refunded.
  11. No specific number of accommodations is reserved; upon arrival at the campsite you will be informed of the location as well as the number of bungalow or apartment assigned to you.
  12. The remaining amount must be paid upon arrival at the campsite.
  13. The price does not include sheets and towels. Guests should bring their own bed linen or, if they wish, they can rent sheets and towels at the campsite. At the end of the stay, the client must return the rented clothes to the front desk. It is forbidden to sleep directly on the bed covers.
  14. On the day of departure, the accommodation must be released in the same condition as it was delivered (clean, tidy, windows and shutters closed). A check of the accommodation will be carried out before departure; if everything is in order, the deposit of 100 euros will be returned.
  15. Pets must always be leashed, under no circumstances may they run loose in the campsite. They will be responsible for their owners during their stay at the campsite, in terms of safety, hygiene, etc.
